At first it looked like things where handled as expected, but then GLS for some reason delivered the order back to Profimodel, Profimodel confirmed this and not much more, replies is very slow from them (several days between each reply) so not sure what to expect from here on, do any off you have any experience with them (Both Profimodel & GLS)?,

edit: oh and i live in Norway so it seems the U-turn did happen early. First time this has happened to me.

I have ordered from profimodel.cz without any issue but if it is possible I try avaoid GLS. They sometimes make strange things. I would try to contact profimodel.cz again.

Yeah, i did directly when they confirmed the parcel is back @their place, but they are extremely slow compared to many others so they still have not confirmed if they will send it again or put my Money back. Nothing had happened on their webpage. Not a convincing virgin purchase from them :)

They charge extra for PayPal so i had to use their Comgate solution to not be charged extra, i heard good things about them, so i slipped out off my routine for once, bad move probably.

No reply from them today either, now it starting to ******* me off a bit i must admit

Not my favourite shop, but I ordered there once and they were quick and I had no issues. This looks like GLS goof.

That being said, I looked through reviews on their FB page.. and the lack of communication is quite common theme. The e-shop is side hustle of large PSA/Toyota/Hyundai dealership's owner, so it probably doesn't have high priority in terms of man power and customer support.

Sort off, i never got the Products and GLS seems to be the Main problem. First order GLS delivered back to Sender, i never experienced something similar from a delivery company so thought this could never happen Twice. As mentioned The support on this webshop let you wait for days before they come back to you but as long as they did put my money back without issue i tried again. I double checked that all my shipping info was correct (as many of you i also order from around the world so i know my address is not the problem here), but GLS did exactly the same, delivered back to the Sender. And as usual the webshop will not come back to me but i will get my money back with no further explanation as last time i would believe, have not heard from Webshops  in days (as usual) as i asked what was going on now the 14.Jun (ordered 05.jun).

GLS is my only Option from them so i must just drop this webshop clearly. That wrote, It seems the webshop do what they suppose to do but it also seems you can forget a fast reply with proper info on what`s going on if there are issues.

I se in general GLS get trerrible reviews

Edit: Seems im 150-200 kr (around 15 gbp) short due to the exchange rate (?) when i get my money back but nothing i can do about that (if i do the math on both orders)

Sorry to hear that. But that losing money on a delivery that never happens is hard. I would ask them again for refund.
