Can anyone identify these tires and wheels?

Can anyone tell me what the tires/wheels on this TA-02T are? 

I like the tires.  Not so sold on the wheels/rims.  But, if I know the size, I can maybe pick something else.

I know this tire.

I bought it before and it was very cheap.

96mm diameter.

36mm wide.

Inner diameter 52mm.

In terms of pounds, it's £5 for a set of four.

 

 

I remember that this tire is compatible with Tamiya's common 1/10 touring wheels, but requires glue to fix.
