Tamiya TNX 43508 - Need Parts urgently!

Hi Guys- 
I've inherited a Tamiya tnx- 43508 - I need some parts urgently

Tamiya 7304052 (part number) - 7.2 electric starter unit for glow engine
I also have some questions -
1. Which Body shell /universal fits best for this r/c
2. What are the best wheels to upgrade to- Would the louise brand fit? and what size hex is on the tnx?
3. What brand shock/suspension I can upgrade to?

Check out the build forum or nitro forum. One of the members here as rebuilt a few TNXs and likely knows where to find those parts, has those parts, and can likely answer all your Qs.

In essences the starter unit is just a battery with a momentary switch and a plug so you can get power to the electric motor. Might be easier to make one up as these I believe are hard to find these days. Even change the plug on the truck in need to something you have a male and female for if you can’t find the right connecting plug. Good luck and have fun.

Hi ive managed to sort the starting issue- I have attached a traxxas EZ start switch which connects to a battery.
