In this kit we're talking oilite bushings

Yes, front wheels have bronze bushings and they work totally fine (especially for the amount that people will actually run this car 😏) but need oiling and cleaning. They do wear out on the sides due to the cornering loads. The rear of the car gets proper bearings for the main shaft (2 bearings) and plastic ones inside the diff which again is totally fine since one always want some degree of friction in a diff anyway and the plastic bushings themselves are only responsible for a miniscule fraction of the drag. They only rotate minimally during cornering as well and will last longer than the driver :D

But of course I ended up upgrading everything and sure enough 6 months later I have only driven the car 5h 🙄

I'm also like this one! My fav RC's are road cars and 1/12 pan cars. To run on flat surface outdoor and indoor.

Is there an manual available on the net?

The Tamico unboxing video is referenced above, but thought it might help to include it here via Tamiyablog. Read yesterday from TTP that the UK stock is arriving next week. Huzzah! 🥳

When I saw the photos I had assumed it had tinted window stickers - thankfully not!

I just received a call from my LHS that my Porsche has arrived. It will be Wednesday before I can go pick it up. Bummer but still enjoying my weekend away :D

The box is huge compared to the typical TT-01E/02 boxes

Probably due to this

It's several cm (at least an inch) longer and wider than the 911 GT3 VIP Cup one.

The price difference with the Mercedes C11 is probably due to this?

I wonder what the P457893 number is for!?

I doubt they have produced over 450,000 of them🤔

The BBX boxes are that size and obviously don't have large bodies.

I'm guessing it's the elusive Tamiya 50460.  I know that L&L do a Group C cockpit also, but they're showing as out of stock at the moment.
