Capital u's, where are all the u's?

G'day,

I'm just wondering why there are no capital u's? I've done alot of searching and everytime I see what should be a capital u, ie uSA or uK, it is in lower case. I have used a capital u in my own posts and I know I used a capital

Sounds silly I know but it's bugging me!

Its a sideeffect of Chris' txt and caps lock on writing filter.
