Mercedes-Benz CLK-GTR on TC-01 Chassis

I don't have an answer for a TC-01 but the IFS I've built on a TA05/6 and TB03 will not fully fit the whole threaded section of a 5mm ball connector in. The manuals had the aluminium spacers used

Spent a few minutes finishing of the front upper cover, exchanging the kit balls for the coated ones with hex screws as recommended here:

Remember that Hard Hex ball connectors are lower than standard connectors. To achieve exactly the same position of connector, you need to add 1 mm spacer.

However the fluorine coated alloy ball nuts used here are the same dimensions as the stock ball studs, so the stock geometry is maintained with no need for spacers.

I am blind. I read Hex Connectors instead of Hex Screws.
