TamiyaClub Spring Drive? a possible venue???

i should be able to make it for a saturday, not sure if i can do 2 day as i work stupid hours.

any idea what date as i will need to book saturday off work.

Would definately be interested in a club meet, 2-day sounds cool too - an oportunity for some "night rally stages" - will need to sort out lights though.

As for meeting ground, the further south the better for me.

I think that a 2 day meeting would be great and should be able to make both days if i can bring the caravan??? is there anywhere to put it on site??? It would be good cos you can all help your selfs to use the kettle and cook if you wish plus it is only supposed to be a 2 birth but its 21 foot long so if any body wants to crash out after you are welcome. cant wait see ya soon Paul

Have had a chat with the big boss man, very nice he is too[] and we can get Snetterton for the whole weekend, yahooo, yes the whole weekend, i say again, the WHOLE WEEKEND[:0][][][8D][][], i have let Chris know the details so expect them to be shown soon, and purple bugsy the caravan is not a problem (right next to the track aswell [] ), camping is at the cost of £5.00 a night and there are showers and toilets there . The offroad track still hasn't quite been finished yet but still can be used, but that won't really matter to our tamiya monster trucks[] they can handle any terrain [] they are going to be putting a new surface on it very soon, so you never know it might even be finished by the time we get there.

If there isn't enough room in bugsy's caravan for everyone wanting to stay the weekend then post a reply and i can take an extra tent that will fit in quite a few, u will just need your sleeping bags [8D]

Just thought, this means i can take all my F1's, my god i had better start building now[] how many of you also have some runner F1's that will be going??? would be nice to get quite a few thrashing around, Will have to buy a tank before then aswell, and i can take my truck and trailer, now that will be cool driving round the circuit, especially in reverse[)]hee hee, would take a weekend just to do that[]

This will be the highlight of the year[], i would rather loose my left arm than miss this one[], i think i'll have to kip in the car or i may buy a tent just for the event, the MINI will get a good thrash on that day thats for sure[V].

Get ready flyby, here are some questions:

what sort of cost is involved and what are the dates? (if you know them) Do they have opening hours or is the track open all day? As the track is booked, will there be any other people there having a practice during the day?

should be great fun though. Is there a web site for this place? Well done on getting the event. Cant wait for the top force race, finished cleaning up my second one from blazer frazer last night so as soon as i can i will be out getting in some practice.

I no some of us can really drive very well but im not one of them!

So is it ok for all abilties to turn up.

Hopefully im not the only curb hitter amongest us am i!

hey sound cool for the whole weekend im already on the case for a tent so ill have one too but i already got two mates coming so see how big tent is before i say anyone can crash in there.

im also on the lookout for a new rally car so if i find one ill bring that with me.

no i hit a few curbs with the blackfoot and trust me it dont do the supspention any good at all they break too easy.

It will be Tamiya Club members & friends only, no other people will be racing , the track is all ours for the whole weekend. So Cool [8D]

We have an indoor pitting area and also room for your own outside,all this is within a boundry from where outside that on the Sunday there will be people from the market watching[8)], The cover for the podium blew off in high winds, but it will hopefully be fixed by the time we meet[]

Going to have to start and get all my runners mint and ready to go, lots of new one's to try out aswell[][]

Not forgetting to buy a tank [}]
