Its a 4 channel but the channels al (except speedo) go through DMD so tha overides the input from the tranny- once servo reaches 2nd, the left stick going to the right activates the horn!![]

Heah Flyby,

I got my new Terra Conqueror today. These are really nice kits. Very strong with the plastic chassis but fast with all the hop-ups as standard. This is the PERFECT runner buggy. You better build yours for the Snet meet so we can have a real race!!...LOL

I'll do mine in original colours. I've seen in another shop a body set so I could get hat too have a different colour scheme. I like shodogs Rothmans Rough Rider. I have a set of Rothmans decals for the 956 car so I could use these to make a Rothmans Terra Conqueror.

UKClaire and I will be there both days, subject to getting a reasonable deal on a hotel. I'll bring all my statics (Blackfoot, 959, Wild One, Falcon and Taisan GT2) plus my Hostshot runner. UKClaire'll be bringing alonger her Monster Beetle no doubt.

Hopefully by then I'll also have two more runners - a Mud Blaster and a Thunder Shot which I'll bring along too...

One thing that concerns me is that of frequency allocations. UKClaire and I only have 1 pair of Xtals each...!

Sounds okay to me. The only other option is to run that import radio at 75MHz or use modified xtals that punt me just over the or under the 27MHz band []

dont forget that is technically illegal (as far as i know) to use that frequency band here in the UK. I dont know what else uses that frequency here but i remember being told it does interfere with something but cant think what it was.

Last time the majority were 27. If everyone brings all they have we will have plenty. In theory we only need 6 in total as thats all that can race at any one time.

Is there a reason for only 6 running??? with 27 mhz (+splits) and 40 meg it would be possible for more to run at the same time?

to be honest with you ive only had the truck in 2nd gear in a space about 10ft x 5ft!!!!

that was the only drive ive ever had of a 3 speed!

soon sort that out when i find my 3 channel gear,its gone walkabout[V]

as for the paintjob....a nice realistic non-race look would be nice, maybe metallic gunmetal grey? ,polished wheels, like a modded real hilux with big wheels.
