Team Bluegroove shipping to the UK?

I don't see anything on their website to say they wouldn't ship to the UK but when I put my address in I get this:

"Shipping not available

Your order cannot be shipped to the selected address. Etc." 

Do they ship to the UK? Anyone had this issue and fixed it?

They have an eBay shop I believe try that. They also do a joint shipping deal with MCI stickers. Might be worth contacting Nat as well?

Yeah I did simultaneously and they got back to me already. It's an issue with the site, sorting direct.
