Clumber Park, another meet, more people?

Can we try and get more people this time??!!!!!!!

dont know what date yet, theres no point setting a date before we get response from other people.

Seems to be an excellent venue for these kind of meetings, it was surprisingly quiet for a sunday last weekend, so there was plenty of room for getting upto speed with the cars without affecting anyone elses pleasure.

Mixture of flat-ish grass, wide open spaces, mud, puddles, some bumpy ground and a sand area for the trucks and buggies.

it would be nice to make this a regular occasion, maybe every 3 or 4 weeks.

maybe even 2 if were desperate.

i'll let everyone else put their thoughts towards this next meeting, i am free every weekend, so times and dates dont bother me.

would be nice to have more people turn up, although i am happy with just 3 of us!

next time i will bring less cars and more equipment i.e jumps, shells, and stuff like that.

what would be nice is to have a nitro race, cant beat the sound of a few nitro cars at full throttle.

any info/input appreciated.

I know I've not made one yet but I really up for it, although slap bang in the middle of Sunday Lunch is not a good time for me - any chance of starting it a bit earlier?

im used to getting up at 4am most mornings so another early start wont do much harm.

we met at 11.30 last sunday, maybe a 9.30/10am start is better?

at least we have more time to play.

I've been lucky enough to have the Sunday off for these last three meets but Sunday is a normal working day for me so i wouldn't be able to do it as regular as 2-3 weeks. As long as i've got a fair bit of notice i can wangle my way round it by swapping days off with some of the other lads at work.

Hey lads,

As you know i'm a lazy get[] because i don't work at weekends so i don't mind what time we meet and the more often we meet the better.

As Joe said Clumber is the perfect venue it has it all, so if no one wants to change i'm happy with keep going there and it would be great if more people turned up, so if your reading this and thinking why wasn't i there then come along to the next one you will have a great time.

I just hope i get my sweaty hands on a NITRO for the next meet[]
