Paint pens okay to use for painting driver figure?

I suffer from essential tremors so painting with a brush is limiting for me and I was wondering if you can use acrylic paint pens to paint the driver figure that comes with the Tamiya Hornet?

The only Tamiya regular paint I will use is the flesh color for the drivers face, unless the paint pens I buy comes with a flesh color.

I've used them for eyes, eyebrows, harness straps, zips, window surrounds, indicators, door handles, roll bars etc.  They're a great option IMHO.

Do you happen to remember what tip you got with the paint pens?
Trying to decide if I should go with fine or medium.

Ended up buying these ultra fine tip markers:

Will have to get a blue medium tip pen for the helmet.
