I ordered from RCMart at the end of January. I see nothing on USPS about this shipment, or if it's even been handed over from Hong Kong Post.  As for Hong Kong Post site, I see "delivered" in the US. Does that mean it should be in my mailbox or has it arrived at a USPS office?

Delivery should be at your address. if that was yesterday and is isn't there, you might have a problem.  I think there have been discussions on here of deliveries being recorded on a day, but showing up a day later for some reason.  The suspicion was carriers being overwhelmed and just marking it delivered and delivering it the next day.  I Don't remember if that was postal service or the commercial delivery companies though.

I had something similar buddy, almost exactly the same tbh, with a package from Paragu Store (Korea to UK). When I saw the 'delivered' status, alarm bells rang and I contacted the local delivery office. They investigated and were able to track exactly where it had been incorrectly delivered, due to the location being recorded electronically at the time of delivery. They went and got it from where they'd delivered it to and then redelivered it to me. Took about 2wks in the end. Maybe a similar thing has happened to you on this occasion, so certainly worth contacting the local delivery office. Either that or check around the back of your bins or behind the bush by the front door etc. etc.😉🤞

Thanks guys. I’ll give it tomorrow to see if anything shows. If not there, I’ll visit the post office. They are as unhelpful as badword but I’ll try.

In the UK, some of the delivery services do that to keep their performance numbers up. Even Royal Mail does it.

My recent RCMart order was delayed as well. Made it to Chicago from Hong Kong in one day, then spent 14 days floating around Dallas. Arrived within 48 hours of opening an investigation, which took over an hour of waiting on hold.

USPS is really suffering with some recent executive orders. I think that our packages were held, being from Hong Kong, then released as the EO was clarified.

USPS has sucked for years. The employees walking around with cattle rings in their noses, horrible attitudes, no uniforms any longer, stuffing packages that don’t fit into mail slots. It used to be a place people respected. I had a package jammed into our mail slot for 3 days because it slid in on their side and wouldn’t come out the side we unlock. I put a note in there explaining the situation. Ignored. They wouldn't pick up the phone so I had to go to the post office to explain. I’m blown away at the degree of stupid that I deal with there. They don’t even follow their own rain/snow creed. An inch of snow on a plowed street means no delivery. That’s my 2 cents on that horrible bureaucratic entity.

Funny how putting someone in charge of the USPS who has a financial interest in the USPS failing has worked out, isn’t it?
