DT-03 Chassis Question.

I’m about to start a build for another DT-03. I was wondering if there’s anyway to get the black version of the chassis that came with the racing fighter black edition other than having to buy a whole kit, it’s for my ocd lol! I searched part numbers but doesn’t seem like it. Just curious. Cheers guys.

You could try to dye it black.

From the OG manual, reference Is the same of the grey standard one. On the box ,Tamiya wrote abour black chassis as a plus but no other code mentioned. Sorry.

I bought a few of the DT03 kits when Amazon had them on a sale, I'll have a look at what's left in the boxes.

Yeah thought about that. I’ve spent that much time away from the hobby I probably could have bought a black kit ages ago when the were plenty.

I've got the new chassis out of the Racing fighter box, and its the same colour...

With everything that's gone on this week, I've now noticed it's not the black edition, sorry bud....🤦‍♂️
