First of all, Me & Paul would like to thank everyone for buying their tickets early this year. It saves us soooo much hassle, CHEERS EVERYONE![:D][^]

After many, Many hours of pondering & paperwork, We've made a 'loose' time table for the weekend. Don't worry too much as it's not 'set in stone' It's just a start for you all, So you have an idea what's gonna be happening. And, You can make your mind up what day to go, If your only going for a day!?

We have had to start the days off early coz of the amount of classes involved, Compared to last year. Loads more!!

Here we go! Eye's down! [;)]

Saturday

10:00 Touring cars, Old & new.

10:30 80's 4WD

11:00 Wild Willy 1 & 2

11:30 Lunchbox/Midnight Pumpkin

15:30 Holiday Buggy/Sand Rover

13:00 Large Monster trucks, CLod, TXT, Jugg etc. Off road track.

13:30 Nitro's on road

14:00 XC chassis, Off road track?

We've stopped it there, So you can all use the track how you like from 2pm until when ever!?[;)] A 'FREE FOR ALL' type thingy!

It's up to you, More races of the above catorgories?

Also, If any of you want to get on the track before we start (Frazer [;)]) Or have a blast round during the lunch break if ya want. It's all yours for the weekend, Just be carefull with those freq's!

If your car is not on the list, don't worry! We know there's lots of other wonderfull makes out there. Just sneak em in within this lot.

Me & Paul's made some sheets up of the above cattorgories. When you arrive at Snett. We want you to put your names(TC callsign) down on the sheets for the races you want to be in & your Freq/colours. It's going to be a 1st come 1st serve bassis. So if someone has already got your freq, You'll have to change or run in another race.

If we get loads of entries for certain races e.g. Touring cars. We will try & run them back to back e.g 10:00 then 10:15 2 lots in half hour, Etc. We can fit 12 into a race, So that's a lot to start with. Full grid!![:P]

The peg system will be in use & it HAS to be used properly!! It will just hold everything up if your not taking your peg off the board when youve finished your race.

Also when you arrive, Get yourself a peg & put your name on it. So, when your using a freq, You can put your peg in that slot on the board.

PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE, NO SWITCHING TRANSMITTERS ON WITHOUT A PEG!!!

We know some of this can be a pain, But it's GOT to be done I'm afraid. Or it will be CHAOS!!!!!!!![:0]

Just remember, It's not a weekend of serious stuff. Just loads & loads of good fun!!![;)][;)][:D][:P]

Look forward to seeing you all again & you new'uns out there![;)][:D]

Everyone keep everything youve got crossed for some good weather[;)]

Great stuff, just what was needed.

Just an idea but it as we don't all recognise everyone by site it might be handy to put you real car registration number on the peg or something else to help someone find you, if the race is over and your peg is still on the board.

Last year we had pegs on the board, with user names on but no-one actually new what they looked like so it was tricky to chase them up.

Cheers

Chris

Name pegs are a good idea, but only if you can put a name to face, maybe put car reg on it as well, most people's toys are around their cars. just a thought.

Me & Paul will be there Fri night to set up, But it's only because Trevor(Guy in charge at Snett) said it's ok for just us two, Seeing as we are aranging the w'end.

So, I'm afraid the rest of you will have to come Sat morning.

I think 8am onwards will be ok.

Chris, I think one of the Lunch breaks would be a good idea for a group photo thing. What do ya think?

Regards the photo, Claire and I aren't bringing all our models simply because we haven't got space in the car. Couple this with trapesing them all up and down steps to the hotel and back and we figured runners only. Still, it's 4 more than there would have been if we weren't there I suppose...!

You'll need to cater for yourselves on Saturday, but Sunday more than enough fast food outlets plus the resturant where you can get a breakfast from about 7.30am.

daft question but are we allowed to change batterys during the"races" as i am running a roughrider and the hump packs only last about 5-8mins each and if were running for half an hour it would be a bit of a waste of time me running it[:(]

Most races last year only ran for about 5-10 mins, usually there was no winner to a "race" just the car that stayed out there running the longest won i suppose.

Nothing to get so worried about... Josh will just be telling everyone when the next selection of cars are to be using the track i.e at 10.30 am on saturday vintage 4wd or at 4pm it will be wheelers.
