Looks like a very cleverly built scam site - remove the "US" in the web address and you'll get the real one e.g.

I find a website that looks juts like this every time I search for Schumacher kits. There is no way this is legit. I am sure Tamiya has negotiated set prices that their retailers can not drop below. Also I don't car if I could get an Avante for $30, I will never buy from Horizon again.
