Is NetSmith still alive?

Almost four weeks ago I have paid for a Tamiya club subscription and despite my multiple attempts to reach @netsmithUK or an admin nothing has happened other than one reply from acprc, and I'm still waiting. So far I still don't have access to the features I paid for and if it's not going to happen I don't have much time left to reverse the charge.

So, is something serious going on with NetSmith? Netsmith has not been active for a good while, since May 15th, that might be a clue that something clould be going on. Is it sickness? Family matters? Aliens from space? I don't need the details, just anything to work with so I know if I need to be more patient. 

Tamiya Club is the only form of communication I have for this situation and I do not use those other social media sites, like Facebook and Twitter, so I might be in the dark here.

I emailed @netsmithUK a couple of weeks back about the problem with the email notifications. An issue which I believe is site wide and effecting us all? Haven't heard back and it doesn't seem we're able to send him PM's.

I always hear that we should be patient waiting for a response, due the work it takes to keep the site running (what that is I've no idea tbh) and I'm cool with that. This does seem a bit odd this time around though🤷

Hey guys, I've sent an email to Adam about the notifications issue. I'm not sure about the membership problems as I don't have any access to that side of the site. Personally, I have no idea what's going on with either of them as they both seem to have other pressing priorities. I hope they are both ok.

I really do hope that things are ok with NetSmith. The the amount of waiting time for a site owner who has responsibility here is concerning, which is why I have made this thread in General Discussion.

At this time, I'm really afraid to ask if anyone is alive.  

By age fifty, 10 babies out of 100 who were born with us are gone.  So I'm glad netsmith is alive and well.

Glad to hear you're ok @netsmithUK - I'm sure I speak on behalf of all of us that we really appreciate all the amazing work you do to keep this forum and site going, I can't begin to imagine how much work it takes, especially on top of a full time day job and life in general.

I too really appreciate this site - I don't post an awful lot (due to being too busy as well!) But out of all the web browsing I do coming here is always to amuse / fulfill / be amazed etc. and be positive - whereas any other site for me doesn't necessarily  always have the same outcome.

So thank you keep up the good work.

No idea how many paid up members there are as opposed to just forum users but I would encourage any forum only users  to become a member as well if you can

That's because people our age are sort of finished with that by now . Next up wouldbe grandchildren. Who do you think are the oldest parents in the class?. Yup. Correct.
