Mercedes-Benz 190E Evo. II AMG with TA01 chassis

I thought I'd give you a quick overview of my vintage Mercedes-Benz 190E with TA01 chassis.  This was my first on-road kit build but rarely got driven as I didn't have many suitable places to run it locally.  It sat in the loft for decades so I decided to dust it off and see if it still works...

Mmmm... 1200mah NiCad and an 8 hour wall charger.

Anyway, looks good for it's age.

I built it in 1993 so Acoms RC equipment and nickel-cadmium batteries were still very much alive.
