Upload error

Is anyone else recording an error when trying to upload pictures?

I receive the following message : Sorry an unknown server error occurred when uploading this file.

I’ve tried a few different pictures, files types and sizes and they all produce the same error.

There are a few threads already on this, but I think the Head Mechanic (admin) is working on the issue.

Yeah me too. I can't seem to upload any photos at all. I was thinking maybe it's because one is a newbie or noob?

Hopefully not as I have been on the forum since 2005! Hopefully it is resolved soon.

can they also make profile pic size larger than 1KB?

Yep everything you’re doing or trying to do I’m doing and nothing! Hopefully someone sorts it soon because I’m finding myself after going on other fully functional forums and this one has been my No1 go to but at the moment it’s not and it’s even disappearing from my history and I’ve been on this forum  for quite a few years if not decades!

I just know I’ve build threads ready to go lol pictures all taken and ready for the tamiyaclub family to appreciate.

I gave up on the attachments for pics here, got the same error as everyone else, no matter what I did.

Easier to link to pics from a hosted site, and make that work here. I use imgur.com to host my pics, just have to paste the full filename, or Direct Link, which includes the .jpg extension:

https://i.imgur.com/x0AIh3X.jpg  - this will embed the pic, like below.

Think this is what I am going to resort to as well, be nice if it got fixed though.

I just tried uploading pics from my computer and from my phone. Same error as you all. I will  contact the supreme overlords to see if this can be fixed.
