I can't see why not but you will need a quick Mini to beat Chris' latest road-missile! []

I only have one thing which can keep up with chris's missile and unfornitaly its not a mini (Ford Mustang) I do not wish to melt my front tyres and gearbox by putting the system into the M03 mini.

Has anyone got any idea what the best way to connect a high lift to a real car is.

Following from another thread I think it might be fun to try to pull my gf's mini with 1 or more high lifts.

Would normal electrical wire be the best thing to connect them?

Important is that wire/string/cable will be mounted so that it is parallel to the ground or even higher on the F350 side as otherwise it will be pulling the F350 up and reducing traction.

I thought the parts at the front and rear of the F350 which are metal with a hole through were designed for attaching wire to for towing and things.

 Lucky a mini is low to the ground then.

Sorry to all for being so late (how's the pneumonia Stu?) but there was some hospital drama in the Zero household the night before (all sorted now) but we still had plenty of fun, Bazman destryoing all his gear (as per..), Belly managed to make a 380 Raider eat itself from the inside out and after drowning no less than three(!) of my ESC's in the rain I gave up with my stuff and spent some quality time with Belly's Hi-Lift instead! They ain't in the same league as a sorted XC but they're a lot more capable than I initially suspected. Cheers Chirs! []

Don't worry about it - it's the same with the Eastern Bash ..just as you think it's all over it all kicks off again! The weather actually got worse I think! [li]

Right then chaps, time to decide on the next Bash date. Due to all the requests asking "When we going to have another beach bash?" The next KB will be at the last Beach Bash venue (Greatstone).

Now then for a date......I was thinking New Years eve, keeping in tradition with sundays being the KB day, and what better way to lookforward to a new year than to spend it with a group of mates having a laugh!! Also it means everyone can then spend new years eve night with family or other friends to see the new in!

its still way to far off to check tide times as they wont be published till about 10 days before but as we all know no matter what the tide there is still enough sand to play on and the carpark should be empty.

..well although I'm usually a dead cert for all KB's you'd better pencil me in for this one as making plans are difficult for me at the moment(!) - rest assured if I'm able to attend I WILL be there matey! []

Sounds good to me - what it the car park like (dust or fine packed sand etc??) Is it dunes or flat sand? Sorry for Q's never been before. Any links to previous bash photos there?

Hey there pete, have a look in my showroom in the events pics under 'KB on tour venue' it shows the beach terrain and the nice big flat tarmac carpark. cant promise the toilets will be open at that time of year tho!

Right then chaps, I seem to have found a problem with the 31st of Dec (well for me anyways!) it seems that those nastey *arstards at work wont definatly give me the day off so this is what i plan to do, well its up to you lot really! lol. We can set the date as the 31st and if I can make it along I will (But I dont mind getting it all sorted for you guys even if I cant get down there) or We can set the date for a different weekend if you would prefer.....Whats the ideas on the situation from you guys?
