Yep, great idea, apart from that the 9th might be a non-runner for me as it's a week before Kidd and I don't want to break any of the cars I'll be taking there (actually it's more that I won't be allowed out 2 weekends on the trot []).

I'm up for a trials course!  I need to get an electric off-road racer because next to the Rush Evo all I have is my trialler at the moment.  I might also be up for a bit of sideways action once I've sorted my drift car out.  See you on the 9th!  Martin[]

Yup, 9th April at the same place Martin.

Unsure as to a drifting venue right now as the indoor place I'd sussed-out has to be paid for so it would rely on a commitment to attend (to spread the costs) and so far there are only 3 or 4 people interested. Once we find a suitable bit of (free) tarmac I'll post it up here - drifting is probably more fun outdoors anyway.

I'll be there too chaps - don't quite know what I'll get running but I should be able to bring the E-Maxx, Midnight Pumpkin, Col Mustard (may have reduced steering!), and... Oh, I seem to be short of cars again - ******.

Ah well off to eBay then! []

PS. If anyone's after a King Blackfoot or a Touareg let me know and I'll bring them along too. []

Looking at the pics it looks like it was a top day, shame I had to miss it this time but with Kidd looming up there was no way that Mission Control would let me out this weekend, so I spent the time down the seafront on my new scooter with light up wheels [], and I got around to running in the Rush Evo too. Hopefully I'll be there for the next bash. Did anyone spot any extra stripey wasps? []

Hello fellow Eastern Bashers! I noticed we had dropped back to the second page, so I thought that with the next meet being only 2 weeks away, it was worth bringing it back to the front. But I will also make it a relevent post. After the success and major amusement of the 'Extreme Jumping' at the last meet, I thinking it might be worth investing in a proper ramp, like those plasticy ones you can get from Argos. Although I must admit the 'materials' we found lying around at Red Lodge did make one badword of a jump! Just a thought, anyway I have a feeling 'Wonder Woman' will be taking to the skies again what ever happens!

All being well I will have the Mod Clod, Touareg, Focus, Pumpkin and Blackfoot with me ...well I say we, what's actually happening is Helen will get there about 10am with the Blackfoot and possibly the Pumpkin then a couple of hours later, once home from work, I'll take over with the rest of the cars. [H]

I'm pretty sure Stu's coming up from 'daan saaf' to bring cheer and merriment to the proceedings, and Baz will no doubt be maintaining his 100% attendance record so who else is coming? [:^)]
