Brilliant, looking forward to it already. I'll be bringing more or less everything - Lunchbox, Willy2, Gravel Hound (If I've got the electrics in), Twin Det, Ezilla, Monster Beetle, Pumpkin and maybe a couple of toy 'planes too.

So what are people bringing then? I will bring Lunchbox, Clod, Touareg, Thunder Dragon and perhaps my Mud Blaster if I get it fixed up before then. Only got 5 batteries though  Will bring 12v quick(ish) charger just in case...

If I can get it sorted in time, I'll bring a separate 12v car battery to avoid killing anyone's ride home.

I may also treat myself to a 12v 5amp charger

Got 5 1800mAh Nicad's & a *really* old Sanyo 1200 matched pack (which still gives top performance)

Great stuff

I'll bring along my clod, txt-1 (but it will use up 2 of my batteries!), pumpkins, my old monster beetle, maybe my highlift or bruiser if someone fancies a bit of scale off roading?!

I could bring my tnx if anyone else is going to bring a nitro for late in the day.

I'll stick my bashed up thundershot in the boot too - someone bring a ramp! :(

All sounds good to me - we seem to be on track for quite a major bash here guys, let's hope the weather either does nothing or something really interesting for us!

I'll be bringing all I can find/repair which (so far) is the Lunchbox, Wild Willy2 plus me new E-Firestorm (weirdybeardy and I just ordered a pair of 'em!) which will replace my old T4 for general bashing duties ...my new 'main' ride in the pipeline but is unlikely to materialise before the 27th. As for cells, mine seem to have suffered a year's neglect but are beginning to respond to me repeatedly shoving 5 Amps up them (with a 40mV peak), flattening them with a bulb then trickling them up again (this takes blinkin' ages with about fifteen packs all over 3000mAh btw!!) There's bound to be one or two totally dead packs - lesson learnt!

Strangely I'm having to do the same to coax 4 brand new 4350mAh packs into life for weirdybeardy - they seemed to perform with about half the power of some old 3000mAh packs I have? We're hoping enough cycling will bring them up to spec before the 27th ...if not I'm posting them all to Jozza because he actually understands all this electrickery stuff!

Someone mentioned 12v car batteries for charging - last year I got myself a 12v jump-pack off eBay for about 25 - it's got a tyre compressor, torch etc on it as well but the point is it'll run the charger(s) without trashing your car battery. Being a gel-cell in a funky casing it's a lot easier (and safer) than lugging a lead-acid jobbie about too!

[incidentally I'm having a big RC clearout at the moment so check my traderoom near the time because I can bring along anything of interest to save you the postage!]

OK, I'm pretty certain I can get the 12v battery sorted (120Ah!! :P ) so plenty of recharge power.

Looks like my mate from work should make it too, I really should persuade him to register on TC ;)

Better make sure there are some cameras too ;)

Yes, very good point - lots of still & video cams, tripods etc - might as well do it properly and I can nail all the footage together afterwards if desired, then we can assault YouTube!!

Well it looks like this is gonna be a decent relaunch of EB!

I have no idea what im bringing yet, other than my ramp.... obviously ;)

That'll do.

My brother in law should make it too - only thing that worries me is the amount of crystals we will need to run at the same time!

I have Brown,Red,Green, Blue and Orange and my brother in law is on Yellow but I dont have any of the "inbetween" ones or a lovely Specktrum ;)

I have all 6 "standard" 27am sets, plus one or two splits, I will probably buy a full set of splits before hand just for completeness.

My mate says he may bring his tank which is on a fixed channel (don't know what yet, I ask him to check).

Right - just bought the following from eBay so should be sorted for 27th ;)

Chan 91 26.865MHz Blue/Yellow

Chan 12 27.075MHz Red/Orange

Chan 87 26.825MHz Green/White

8 delivered for the lot - not bad I thought!

Don't worry about running out of channels chaps there'll be quite a few on FM and Spektrum I should think - ..and I KNOW the tank will get a run becuase weirdybeardy will want one to shoot at with his! ;)
