Yes! you are not the only one.  I've been waiting like three months for everyone to get together for a meet.  No luck.  Where are you located specifically Deph? I'm in Bensonhurst and I don't have a car.  I NEED TO RUN MY CARS WITH OTHERS!!!!!

  i live in massachusetts but go to new jersey every year for two weeks. theres one guy in mass and he doesn't have any runners!

HI!

 I live 3 blocks from Prospect Park and am Looking for some people to bash with. I'm fixing up my Blackfoot and hope to have it running by the weekend.

YEah this weather is pretty bad. Good news is I got my Blackfoot to run. Looks pretty good for being out of commission for over 10 years. Lot's of front end slop but it runs so i'm happy about that.

is there some tracks  in Prospect Park?

Don't think there are tracks in Prospect, but i sometimes see/hear guys running nitros in there. Also saw someone with an electric plane(Air Force one) over by the baseball fields last weekend.

THis time of year it's great to run RCs in the park being that it's usually so empty. There's also the ice rink parking lot in the park which would be a nice spot for bashing. I think that's near where I see the nitro guys run.  

 If I had a nitro or an electric touring car i'd head to Floyd Bennet Field but since I only have the off-road the park suits me fine.

Yes it is Nitro only, but they only have official races on the weekend i think the rest of the week anyone can go out there and run the track. I'll find out soon enough tho. I plan to get road car and head out there during the week when the weather gets better.

So I took my Blackfoot out to Prospect Park today and had a fabulous time. The truck ran great after sooo many years of neglect. Even had a Father with his 2 young sons(looked to be ages 2 to 5ish) stop and watch the truck make some little jumps off of some dirt mounds. The little one was making little truck noises and commenting on how fast it was going.

If you live near the park you should come out for some fun running RCs!!
