just spent the afternoon fitting the shocks to the blackfoot X . don,t know how it will run with them but no harm in trying . as you can guess i had to make plates to make them fit which was a problem on the rear as the shell pegs got in the way , the bottom fitment of the shock is a 6mm ball as i had nothing to match found the left over steering ends from the truck , these are 5mm so used ball tubes i had lying around

well tried the new shocks they work ok but the springs are rubbish . they are so soft you run the truck and they end up half way down . so if you are thinking of using them you will need springs from somewhere else . if any one has a answer what i could use , i would be very greatful

How did you go on mounting the front wheels?

WW2 rear wheel drive?

These wheels are hex drive, what did you do for bearings?

The wishbones allround are wild dagger, to the fronts i fitted tl-01 C hubs and steering knuckles and the front stub axles so that the front is also hex mount.

I was talking to my local paper shop blokey today he's getting issue 2 hopefully today(14th), I was asking about how soon would it be a 'FIRM' order and he said it's usually by issue 8 so he'll get 6 copies in of issue 2,3,4,5,6,7 and then from number 8 he'll only get in what people have ordered, but he has said that IF anyone places it on a weekly order that he'll keep his eyes open for the engine issue and let me know so I can get a couple!![]

Even if it's double Issue(like Nitro Racer was) it'll stil only work out at about £12 for a N.I.P .15 engine!!

Yep they fit on the dagger, tried them on the king blackfoot rims they fit. I have a set on my hi-lux monster racer.
