which motor winds

hi all

im a bit new to all these modded motors, can anyone tell me what winds are best for which car, i have bought a lrp no limit esc and have a few of these modded motors, but am not sure i understand "triple / double / single " how do i tell if one is good for speed or if its good or torque?

any help would be great thanx[?]
