When I built my TLT I designed my arm length to Buggy size drive shafts, I gather you havent gone for a real huge increase in wheelbase. I have now cut driveshafts and added a universal joint at one end to stop me losing shafts, u could always try that.

am thinking of cutting the tlt-1 dogs and fixing my traxxas uj's on will see how it goes should do the job i hope will order in a couple of longer ones just incase. also am going to get 4 rear mini t shocks and use them instead of the canterlever link rods that should help the stock articulation lots too

Mini T shocks will be a tad small you need to go for at least 3 inch shocks I would think, for example the ones I use are 4 inch. (took a lot of messing to get them to work)

found two nitro 3inch shocks (from the dead traxxas grave) in my bits n bobs box wil see how they look and sit the maybe try the 4 inch rear ones find witch ones will be best. i have tryed to keep the tlt-1 as to scale as possible by not going the full monty on mods.

was there any other tamiya 1/18 scale full rc made or is the tlt the only one

thanks again
