TXT-1 ESC HELP

Hi just bought a brand new txt-1 off e-bay just waiting for it to be delivered from Japan to home in bony Scotland.

Can any one tell me what would be a good esc to use with the twin motors?

If you stick with the stock silver cans then any ESC than can handle a 13T motor should be fine. If you plan on upgrading the motors then look at:

LRP Pro Reverse - should handle approx. 2 14T motors

Novak Super Rooster - I think about the same as the LRP

MTroniks Super E truck - Water proof (big bonus)

(There are others like the LRP Truck digital)

Personally, I would buy the best speed control you can afford, even if you are going to use the stock motors. This will make upgrading the motors in the future (everyone does [])much more easy and cheaper.

I know the Novak Super Rooster gives 6 volts and 3amps to the reciever and servos, very beneficial when trying to turn those big tires.[8D]

Good point Mike, totaly forgot to mention that as I run a seperate reciever pack so I get 6.0V to the servos...

I just built my TXT-1 with a Novak HV-Maxx Brushless, its AWESOME I would recommend that for a setup !
