awww man that looks so sweet, I wish they would come out with a conversion kit for savages, as lve gone of nitro and am leaning towards the battery front again like when I started RCs. Also that shell will look sweet on a clod, though id love to stick a wee small mini shell on mine when its done.

Looks like a Savage, and after having one, all I can say is if everything locks into the sideplates (like a Savage) it'll be a pain in the butt to strip down for maintenance

yup looks really like a savage, there is a easy way to stip it down, just take one side plate off and work away lol, but I do agree as strong as a savage is they are kinda big and heavy and hard to work on, and I always blow the diffs, never had that on a electric RC

yup I was thinking the same, but on the other hand it looks alot like a savage with the TVPs maybe it will be the best of both, speed and ease of use of the E-Maxx but the strength and reliability of the Savage?

Not a bad price considering it comes with 2 packs and a charger. Tower has it listed for $399. They've been known to have artifically high prices right at a products announcement, and it gradually comes down the closer it gets to release, so I'm wondering if this will come down even more. It was at something like $549 a month or two ago.

I do like me bugs, and want to like this one but the lines on that shell are all wrong in a distinctly 'NIKO' cheap & nasty kind of way. I don't know if its supposed to be a choped top [?]. Its a shame cause the rest of it looks pretty cool.
