wheel/tyre help

I picked up a set of TXT wheels to fit my Clod.

So,

how the heck do I fit them?

drill out the plastic thingumybobs?

or can I pick up the right part from a TXT perhaps?

The main goal here is to get the stance a little wider, without yet going to wideners.

Also, any aftermarket tyres fit these wheels?

I drilled out the hubs on my clodbuster to fit the TXT wheels to it.
