i've just been looking at some of the project TLTs with other bodies on, and thought this would look good on one

it's made for a t-maxx, so might be too big tho[:I]

The quad bike is a good idea, wasn't this mentioned in a Clod/TXT topic showing Animal from the muppets riding on it?

The only thing putting me off getting a Max Climber is the ugly side chassis plates on display. I know aftermarket parts are available, but ideally I want a hard-body to mount on the top and create a realistic looking truck...

Does anyone know if the Lunchbox shell will match the wheelbase and just drop over the top?! With smaller wheels I'm prepared to lose some articulation...

Cheers,

Tim

I don't know the exact wheelbase of the TLT, but I think it's about 180mm. The wheelbase of the Lunchbox body is about 210mm. "Cardesigner" modified a TLT to fit the Lunchbox-body and there were some pics on it here at TC, but he has rebuilt the TLT since then, so I'm not sure if the pics still exist here.

I'm looking at the Idea of a buying a re-issue Lunch Box and mounting the wheels & body on a PTI Goliath MMT chassis, with a wheelbase of 217mm and 52mm standard ground clearance, the Goliath seems to be a better option than the TLT-1 for this mod.

Both the TLT-1 & theh Goliath suffer from having a body that looks way to small for them, they both scream give me a bigger body.
