blackfoot extreme - hop ups

Hi

I've tried a search but there doesn't seem to be much on the BFE.

I am after oil filled shocks for it, where can I get them?

I am not sure what chasis the BFE has to identify parts that will fit, can anyone tell me?

Any hop ups you can recommend? I have changed the bearings (thanks stella models).

I appreciate your input.

Blackfoot Xtreme shares most of the parts with the Overlander and Mighty Bull and with the 4WD models based on the same chassis, the Wild Dagger and Twin Detonator. If you search for Wild Dagger (here at TC and on the net in general), you will find masses of information, most of which will be relevant for your BfX aswell.

There is loads of info to that chssis here www.rcdaggerweb.com and here www.customrcmodels.com/id315.htm, check out all of the Wild Dagger sections. 100mm "T/E-MAXX" shocks will fit by using the outer link (hub carrier) lower position and the existing upper mtg point. The lower point will mean buying some "TL01" s/steel suspension rods and what ever you can find as packing. Or you could do what the "rcdaggerweb" web site suggests and make/buy some raised shock mounts, there are various links on that forum.
