[:P]Hi yall here is some mods that i did to my bumpers it is tried true and tested in the real world of mountain trailing!!

Also the cooling set up is also tested and works wonders!!

Look at these photos all mu XC's are set up like this because with these simple mods it works so darn good!!!

Why not take the front bumper off, it gives it even better approach angle?

Because there is no need to do that after this mod it is like you almost have no bumper on anymore it wraps tightly right up against the front of the body.

But you still get protection from the skid under the car from the bumper bottom and protection for the front of the body for when you go down a steep grade... and trust me where i ride in the mountains by me you need that bumper up front or your body would be destroyed in my mountain trails!

Next time i go i am shooting some pic's of where we run them.

Yes it does as it's half way up the bumper on the BF shell.

So for me to catch the front of the body i'd have to be doing a nose dive........

if thats the case, whats stopping the bumper from flexing and then mashing into the body on big frontal hits?
