How about some tips then to get some more speed out of the midnight pumkin, what size spur gear do they run stock? and how big can you go? we have put her on a diet in the way of a new mini shell, much lighter than the standard pumkin body. also what other wheels can be fitted. i hope somebody will help my good friend pumkin bumpkin out. thanks dan. aka audia4. =)

monster beetle rims and tyres fit but there not as wide they are taller though so would up the top end speed slightly or wild willys 2 front wheels fit but the rears have a hex fitting so you would need to sort something out to fit them eg fit a madbull gear box (found they fit quite nicly) and you could do away with the motor spacer and fit the hornet 18 tooth pinion gear to get more speed from the std gearbox as for the spur gear i dont think anything bigger will fit

personaly with the 18 tooth pinion gear id go for either a 13 or 15 turn and with the bigger pinion you should see a massive improvement in the speed hope youve got bearings and cva oil filled shocks fitted

yes mate got oil shocks already and the bearins r top draw. just finished new wheelie bar and with the mini shell on she will pop all day long, you said about ww2 front wheels fittin do they come in silver? gonna try most of what of yr tips next time i get paid, will let u know how i get on. again cheers![]

hi the wild willys 2 wheels are chrome and theres a mate of mine working on getting adaptors made to fit the ww2 back wheels on the pumpkin
