Just got my new novak xrs for my max climber project BUT when i turn it on the red light stays on and I can't program it and it would appear as if the side one touch button is stuck "pushed in" but I'm not too sure. Can anyone post a close up of the side of the speed control, or tell me an easy way to open it up ? I got it off ebay so I don't think I can return it but I'm gonna try [;)] I dont know if it makes a difference but I have a Futaba Magnum 2pl radio/receiver.

This happened to me and I found the radio connector plug was in backwards. also make sure your motor is hooked up.

Yep, it is plugged in correctly, the "one touch" button doesn't seem to be workin. The cheap plastic "button" flops in & out doesn't look as if it even presses against the black "button" on the inside of the controller...........oh boy I'm gonna smash something.......

double check the lead that goes into the esc, they can come unplugged and put back incorrectly.

You won't have any trouble with Novak's service, its the Best around.

Probably more risk with Mr Postman, keep on eye on him. [:P]

Yep, never any problems with Novak.

Although I did enlist the help of a member who just happens to live nearby once. But only to say on postage !
