Where do you keep your collections? I've had mine in the garage, but it's getting colder and I'm not sure if it's ok to leave them in an unheated garage through the winter. Should I bring them inside? Also, how do you display the big collections? 25, 50, 100 cars takes up ALOT of space. Maybe it's time to redorate the home office.[^][:P][}:)]

Well I devote one bedroom for my rc cars, the MIB are stored in a large closets or on shelves with no direct sunlight.

What the MIB don't like is sunlight and high humidity. Cold should not matter much unless it gets below freezing.

The built ones are for the moment in boxes until I can figure our where to display them.

Dark room with temperatures around 15-25C and moderate humidity from 20-50% should be the best, as they are recommened also for 1:1 vintage cars ...

My cars are all over the place:

The Blackfoot is under my bed, along with the 360 modena in it's box. The 2 other boxes are there as well. On the moment the hovercraft is out there too (somewhere... [;)] )

The Renault F-2 sits on the aquarium. The rest is under the aquarium, in front of the aquarium, around the aquarium. No wonder my fish don't get fed that often. [B)] But now I many a tiny path between all the cars to get to it. [:D]

I also can't make my homework on my desk, my Mini and the Ferrari 312T3 are on the desks. (I got one extrra to put the car stuff on, and now they are both full with bits and parts. [:P] )

I almost need to glue them to the ceiling for more room [:o)] LOL And I got only 16 cars or so (depends on what you call a 'car' [:)] )

You mean glueing them to the ceiling is a better idea? [:o)]

I don't think it will help placing them somewhere else in my room, because my window is rotting out. (we're working on it) [xx(] But my room, and on top and around the aquarium isn't really damp so I am not too worried. It's not a pan of boiling water... [B)] In our shed it's always pretty cold (and damp!) so I'd better not store them in there.

Most of them are on the floor actually... I'd better make sure to have a place to store them properly, I think if I'd make some shelves in my room everything will be just fine... [;)]

We are renovating our house, so my cars are on top of the pile of boxes in the spare bedroom. Soon to be office. I intend to race the ones I bought, mostly Saloons. Now have 3 saloons, 1 stadium blitzer (Sold awaiting payment) a wild willy 2 NIB (won't be for long. Don't believe in putting aside NIB's, they were designed and produced to have fun with. And a Terra Scorcher which I desperately need Tyres for!

When office is built they will temporarily live on display shelf until I have time to make a modelling workshop in the Loft.
