Ok got my TB-01 Rally Racer the other day, and first day out on a horse trail (just light dirt) it ran awesome. 2nd day out, the steering got really tweaked to the right so bad it would not even turn to the left anymore. So I take it all apart and find nothing. For the last two days it does the same exact thing. First I thought it was the new servo I got, but it seems some dirt or stone gets up under the steering linkage and blocks the steering from turning left. My question is, is there anyway to help prevent this? I mean for a rally car I would think that it should be able to handle a little more than that, or have a better prevention to this issue. It only started happening after I got a new servo so I thought the servo was at fault, but I can run it on pavement all day with nothing wrong. Anyone else experience something similar to this? Any tips to help prevent it? I was hoping to go to the Tamiya track Saturday and use their rally course and see what happend.

It's not a mod, it's a whole new philosophy [;)]

I was just playing with this in my mind, and as things don't stay there long, it got made.

There are only two of these around, I got one (TB-OMG) and Biggus got the other one (TB-ST / TST-1)

With regard to dirt, did you put all the foam pieces where they were supposed to go?

Another possibility to prevent it, would be cut a bit more foam, and lightly pack out the steering lnkage area too, or make a couple of lexan 'shields' and glue them on the tub walls

As for off-raod, depends what you wanna do;
