honestly not sure in your circumstance. but for my own bodies i actually prep the inside by sanding it with very high grade sand paper. it leaves a very "cloudy" finish on the inside until i spray it. i dont see the sanded finish after everything is done.

so what i'm trying to say is if its only on the inside surface then i dont see how it will effect the finish outside. but if the body is cloudy outside and inside then it may still be there after you spray.

Depends on what was used to strip the shell. If the outside is still glossy and the windows are clear the effect was caused by either the shell being prepared for painting by roughing up the inside, or the paint etching into the surface. It just needs repainting.[:D]

If the milky effect is on the inside and outside of the body you have stripped it with brake fluid/oven cleaner/other substance that has reacted with the polycarbonate and broken down the plastic. If this is the case then the shell is ruined by the fluid. You won't be able to get the glossy finish back, and used as a runner the shell will be relatively brittle and will break up.[V]
