thanks

i haven't run it porperly yet, still waiting for my gears and G-parts to arrive from timetunnel, so i don't know it real speed but i looks faster than walking speed, faster than i walk anyway. much slower than stock motor though

cheers for that, i'd like it to have a good top speed, maybe a bit more than the top speed at the minute, and with a bit more torque. but other things are more important at the moment. I've just got a set of bearing for it, and i'm finishing off the whinch, now i've just got to find a way to mount the wretched servo case at the front!

Thanks for the help guys, much appreciated. I think I may get some TA03 Uni shafts and a heatsink for the motor next, what do you think? worth it?

p.s, theres talk of snow in our area soon [:D][:D][:D]

Unis are a good choice, especially for crawling as they improve your turning radius, motor sink isn't needed if you use a truck motor.

Cheers
