Painting ranger XLT , how many TS spray cans?

Biting the bullet this weekend (hopefully) and spraying my ranger , never used the Tamiya TS sprays before so can I expect to do the whole shell with one can or will it be best to invest in two??

Ranger shell can be done with one, but you have to be carefull, if you aren't experienced much, better get 2 though to be on the safe side.

Cheers Theo,. think i may get another when i go into townm tomorrow ,. dont want to be halfway thru a coat and run out,.. hopefully it will turn out well, decided to do it brown[8D]

I always buy two cans of the color coat as one will never do it.

Maybe due to the hot Cali sun [], I manage most cars with 1 can and that with 3 layers. Wouldn't try though a 3 speed with 1 can [8)].

The sun may be a problem or maybe Tamiya puts more than a thimble full of paint in the cans they ship to europe. When I painted my Blackfoot, it took just a wee bit more than what one can will do.
