Yeah, i know its an art form. Done 2 shells now and they both look fantastic.

But im looking also for pictures of ripped effect as i cannot get my head round it!

The link posted by miramar is the only one I've ever found with details of how to do a rip. Go to the "neon rip" page linked from there, it's a good step by step guide.

I still haven't done a rip yet though, too busy concentrating on fades and other such effects at the moment.

Good to see you're getting the hang of the airbrushing, you should put some pics of your shells in your showroom for us to see [:)].

Jozza, i need to become a full subsciber first.

I went to a mini show last year and saw a mini pickup with proper, rip/tear paint work. But have no photos to show of it.

Im gutted. I have asked the mini mag if they can send me some so i will see how that goes.

I could always, e-mail you pics of my 2 shells if you want?

cool, will take some pictures tomorrow night.

I found that Pactra on needs about a cap full of thinner per jar. Is that right?
