Isnt saying T*wer H*bbies the same as cursing...?

I think so

Just Kidding[:D]

One day the on-line business will do away with Hobby shops and most businesses all that will be left will be grocery stores and fast food joints [V]

Think bout it

I have said it many times. Support your LHS they need you as much as you need them, maybe more.

As a general rule I buy my Tamiya and other parts through my LHS. I, as a very good customer, get a small discount that in the end often makes the cost of my parts the same or slightly less then the big online hobby vendors and I don't have to pay shipping! Even if the price is a bit more I still buy from my LHS. It is just a good thing to do. In turn when I really need help with something they are there for me. Let's see that online shop match that! Price is not everything.

Ahh, $$$ is a lot like fertiliser.

Shovel it all to the one spot and it'll stink like high heaven.

Spread it around a bit and it'll do much more good. [;)]

Depending on country... yeah prices do differ a lot.

Its not the hobby shops' fault most of the time - speaking as

one who sees the numbers from both sides of the sales counter.

However its more often than not caused by distributors... some

have more-generous profit margins than others, for whatever the

reason I really don't know/care.

Either source, the Tamiya factory still makes a buck, right?? [:0]

(as for "filesharing" of MP3s... dun get me started...[:(!])
