TGX-Mk.1 chassis, any good?

I am a beginner and I saw this for sale for 80 pounds, Is this good, the most I want to pay is 100, but I want a I/C because I have had many bad experiences with electric ones [] I see it has 4WD and etc. but when it comes to Nitro's I havn't a clew what i'm looking for! [] :

Tamiya TGX-Mk.1 Chassis

1/8 scale 4WD on road shaft driven nitro kit.

Hard anodized lower chassis

2 Channel RC Unit

FS-15LT or equivalent Engine

it dosn't come with a shell, so what mm would it be?(eg. 200mm, 180mm)

For $80 pounds...buy it, build it, enjoy and then learn from it. I have a 1/10 version TG10-mk1. (paid US$79.99+tax)

you would need a 300mm shell - the TGX is 1/8 scale. Remember that an engine would cost you a few quid too.

I guess I am lucky, my came with engine + shell

2 months ago I saw TGX 1/8 scale NSX Dome on sale for $149 (with engine + shell) and I did not buy it []
