Hey guys, new to racing here and trying to dial in my TB-02. In practice, I've noticed that the rear end of the car doesn't have enough grip and wants to slide around when taking a turn hard. Does anybody know how to make the rear stick a bit better? I'm running 28mm foams all the way around.

You should use softer tires on the rear, however if you use traction additive, rear tires should be fully prepared, while front ones should have only their inner half prepared.

Another solution is to use softer springs in the rear, or an anti roll bar in the front + no / soft rollbar in the rear. You can also add one more degrees of camber in the rear (Top of the rear wheel should be approx 1-2 mm closer to the chassis than the bottom).

If you want more fine tuning, just try to add dynamic camber: the upper suspension link of the suspension should be less parrallel: at chassis level, lower the link attachment by one hole.

Finally you can try to lower the rear by 1mm.

Do all these changes, one at a time and in any case, start with the tires as this is what will offer the most significant change in handling...

You may also do a search in google for Eric Perez article (nitrorc.com ???) on rubber tires and foam tires. He explains pretty well how to tune a "gentle" car suitable for a "novice driver".
