What shells have you found out to be wicked around the track? What ones just plain suck except for looks? I tried the tb02 DTM merc and I found that it just was horrible around corners. The Scooby shell was more stable for some odd reason. I'm looking at getting a real tamiya racing shell. Any hints guys?

Well, i recieved an hks racing altezza for xmas, (i asked for a normal is200, but time tunnel got the wrong one, but now im glad they did, actually prefer the hks) Anywhoo, one of the best looking shells there is, and it will become my racer! I'll have to see how it handles when i take it to the track.

I like my Xanavi 350Z GT500 in terms of handling and I also liked the R34 Skyline JGTC cars. The Subaru Legacy they do could be worth a go although it is a pure race shell with little detail.

depends on the surface you are racing on.

Carpet needs high front downforce, Protoform Mazda 6 is my choice there.

If it has to be Tamiya I also like HKS Altezza, or better yet would be the Modena with the extra rear wing.
