Hello guys, I have a problem. the sanyo 1700 pack i used to employ in my cars has fallen apart. I now want to solder them together to become a saddle pack, but the question is how as i have tried it and i can't get anything soldered onto the cells.

To get the solder to flow right, you need at least a 40 watt iron and some rosin core flux. lightly rough up the surface of the battery just enough to knock the chromeness off. put a little flux on and melt the solder on. if your iron is hot enough it will stick right on. Remember, don't get the cells to hot as you can damage them.
