I am thinking of buying a fuel car. Is it worth spending more money on the Tamiya TG10 Mk2 over the Mk1? Is the only difference the body size 200mm??

Has any one got the Mk2, and is it better than the Mk1.

Please let me know your thoughts. I can not wait to get one.

Thanks once again

No the TG10 Mk.2 is the better one of the two.

Tamiya have improved the original TG10 that's why it's the Mk.2!!

What do you want to do with it??

If you just want something to play with then yes get a TG10 mk.1

If you plan on racing then a Mk.1 TG10 will disappoint you as it needs a bit of cash spending on Hop-Ups to make it competitive, but at least Mk.1 bits are cheap!!

As for the Mk.2 it's still too new to have won any serious titles, but time will tell!!

Why are you asking this question. lol. the TG10 Mk2 is much nicer looking too. [:P] . But seriously, I used to have a TG10 Mk1 and it was great, but as stated it needs alot of money spent on it for it to be quick on handling too. But the Mk2 has improved lower centre of gravity and just looks gorgeous, especially the Nismo Z or the Raybrig NSX 2004 ars they looks awesome. But deffinaetly get a Mk2 if you have the extra cash to spend on one.

Thanks

James
