TT-01 Kit but need a ESC which one?

Hello I have just got a TT-01 as a basic kit. I need an ESC but which one? The other 2 cars I have are a TL-01 and a gravel hound. They have the Tamiya ESC 101k.

I would like an ESC that i can put a good fast motor on, as the Tamiya ESC is limited to 23 turns.

I have got the ball race kit for it. What other hop up items will I need to make it faster with good handling?

As you can tell I am new, and have little knowledge[)]. What I would like to do is build my TT-01 kit so is fast and handles well[]. What do you lot think[?].

Just depends on what you are going to use as the motor. If you get a real esc, the price is alot higher. I found out that I didn't have enough control with the Tamiya esc's and I did with my after market.

as far as a better handiling car the tl-01 is the go... faster tt-01 my mate and i have one of each.. mine is tl-01 both with the same hopups. we were told this by our LHS so we tested this theroy... we setup a track and had single car timed races and counted laps. also we both raced each car 2wce.. we both agreed that the tl-01 was just the better handling car but the overall speed of the tt-01 was handy. i personally beleive that the tt-01 tends to hold better aerodnyamics due to the bathatub chassis - less turbulance under the body shell..
