I HAVE A TG10 MK1 WITH 2 SPEED GEARBOX IN FIRST THE CAR HANDLES GREAT AND NO PROBLEMS WITH STEERING OR ANYTHING THEN WHEN 2ND GEAR KICKS IN IT VEERS OFF SEVERLY TO THE LEFT. IT DOES IT ON SMOOTH SURFACES SO IT ISNT THE BUMPS.

I HAVE STRIPPED AND GREASED THE DIFFS. IT IS FULLY BALL RACED AND HAS ANTI ROLL BARS IN TOO.

ITS DRIVING ME MAD[:(!]

Is it just when it changes gear? It sounds like a little torque steer, or maybe some radio interference caused by the movement of metal parts.

All I can suggest is that you check that the radio gear is wired neatly with no damage, that the antenna is undamaged and threaded through the tube out of the car, and that the suspension settings are even around the car, with no unwanted friction.
