The time has come to change all my battery and esc connectors.

I was looking into Deans, but they seem too expensive (£5 per pair ish) and seeing as I need 5 pairs - too expensive.

I am however looking into getting some Corally connectors.

These are cheapish, and seem to do a good job.

providing they're equipped with a generous ammount of heatshrink, what are they like?

Cheers.

Sam

P.S. Would they be able to withstand the heat made by an Orion Core motor?

Corallys are the next best thing to direct soldering so they will cope with pretty much anything, all the solder will melt before anything will happen to the connectors themselves! The only real issue is the possibility of plugging the battery in to your ESC the wrong way and blowing it up.
