Aluminium SRB chassis - who wants one?

Pretty much covered here; http://www.tamiyaclub.com/xforum/topic.asp...archTerms=shiny

They will be these ones (TOAD not included) although I can't promise one side (or either side) will be polished.

Postage anywhere is petty much ok, there are a few in America now, price will be determined by destination.

Kit will include button head stainless screws to fix suspension on, and two velcro straps to hold battery.

These cost relatively little, so it won't be any cheaper without.

Paypal accepted no problem, no surcharge neither!

Question - if one was interseted in acquiring the parts to build a runner Sand Scorcher, would this be a good place to start?

This is the single best hop up you can buy. The stock FRP chassis flexes too much on big bumps. The chassis bends so much that it contacts the front part of the radio box snapping the plastic lugs off. Chassis flex is the reason why you alway see broken radio boxes. In severe hits it will snap the front half of rough rider body off.

In that case, put me down for 2 please, and this will officially begin the SS parts collection period of my life.[:D]

PS - its great there are so many guys here who can fabricate stuff! Cool deal!

Not unless THEY make any spares. I'm only ordering to commitments, but if there are any spares they'll be there.

I doubt it very much, the running gear on a Sand Rover is a lot different.

Raemin, Sonic, PTV70R, all added (1 ea)

I'm still waiting on the price, Easter has taken it's toll on response times [;)]
