Hi all,

Recently, I have bough one blitzer beetle NIB. I have built the frame for the fun and for one hot run (body is used in my ss project). What a suprised when it's missing one o-ring for one of my dampers[:(].Happily, I have a lot of them[;)]. But suppose I am one new and young Tamiya driver and it's my first kit......[:(]

Just one question:

Have you also missing parts in one NIB kit? in this case, is Tamiya have one guaranty to send the missing part(s)?

Cheers,

4 J trees was missing for my Juggernaut kit! I discovered it on a Saturday, and had to stop building for 4 days ,so the LHS could get the parts for me[:(!]

Half a year ago I bought a NIB Calsonic Primera from eBay. It was missing the king pins. Luckily these could be easily found at any LHS and I just bought them to make up a "complete" kit. It was no fault of Tamiya as the parts bag had been torn part artificially[:(]

To balance off I feel I need to share this happy story. A few days ago I opened up a Wild One kit. To my great surprise and joy, there are two body parts (ie main body X 2, driver body X 2) !![:D]

The 2 main body parts are stacked up tightly, one on top of the other. I checked them carefully, pulled them apart and finally believed what I saw! Though there is one driver head and 1 sticker sheet, I am already dead pleased! Will post pics to showroom later.

.....Maybe in the world, somebody has bough one wild one NIB, created by tamiya just after yours, without body? [8)][;)]

I have always had no problem with missing parts or broken parts/faulty parts being replaced FOC by the UK importer. A covering letter and the part should be enough. I always phone first of all then a few days later to confirm receipt by them.

As long as you are genuine there should be no problem.
